Our Specialties

  • Anxiety & OCD

Anxiety and OCD don’t have to take over your life. There are nuances to various anxiety disorders, but they all tend to be intrusive and distressing.

There is robust research supporting therapeutic techniques that help make anxiety more manageable.

  • Perinatal Mental Health

Contemplating having a child, trying to conceive/adopt/foster, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, ongoing parenthood concerns—all these experiences can benefit from support.

  • Alternative Relationship Styles

Open relationships and polyamory, while widely practiced, are not always well understood.

We offer affirming and informed therapy for those practicing or considering ethical/consensual non-monogamy as well as kink.

  • Grief & Loss

Coping with a devastating loss can feel unending. We can’t take away your pain, but we can be there to listen and guide you through the process.

FIND EASE. FEEL SEEN. FORGE YOUR OWN PATH.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals and couples that prioritizes competence, intersectionality, and compassion.

We aim to help people live life on their terms, to have good relationships with their minds and bodies, and to practice acceptance from the inside out.

We want our clients and clinicians to feel supported, seen, safe, and challenged. We aim to provide the right conditions for growth and mental wellbeing.

Additionally, we work to find ways to give back to the community beyond therapy sessions and recognize that healing does not happen in isolation.
