Are we a good fit?

  • Adults only, individuals and couples

  • Relationship therapy

    Anxiety

    Trauma

    Sexual concerns

    Addiction (those in recovery)

  • Asking for help can be difficult, and I strive to create a comfortable environment that leads to deeper emotional processing and healing. I understand the importance of having an affirming space that feels open, non-judgmental, and genuine.

It’s crucial to have a space where emotions are normalized and able to be discussed.

I am dedicated to promoting sexual health conversations and cultivating an environment conducive to open and comfortable dialogue regarding difficult topics.

I believe in a collaborative approach, where I work with each client to tailor the therapeutic environment to each individual’s unique needs, wants, and goals.

  • Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP)

MS in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania

  • I work with individuals and couples struggling with sexual desire concerns, communication issues, and interpersonal challenges. I also have experience working with anxiety, trauma, conflict management, and individuals in recovery from addiction.

  • I utilize multiple evidence-based modalities within my approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solutions-focused, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy is through a person-centered lens in order to focus on each client’s needs and goals within the therapeutic environment.

  • I am currently reading a book called The High-Conflict Couple: A Dialectical Behavior Therapy Guide to Finding Peace, Intimacy, and Validation by Alan E. Fruzzetti.

  • Gottman Couples Therapy, Level 1 Training

"Sex, Desire, and Relationship Issues" course by Tammy Nelson and Emily Nagoski

I have three dogs (border collie/lab mix, husky/pit bull, and labrador), and I have plans to adopt a cat soon. I enjoy playing video games. A few of my favorites are Animal Crossing, Subnautica, and Ark. I also enjoy reading (mostly fiction) and have just started listening to audiobooks! I like watching movies and enjoy ones from the horror genre the most. I've gotten back into running recently and plan to run in a 5k soon.
